RJX accepts NO responsibility for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error.
We accept NO responsibility for improper installation of our products.
The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by rjxofusa.com.
User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturers guidelines. RjX of USA .com DOES NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. Please contact the Customer Service Department at: rhpro@myway.com to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective item for a replacement. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA #. We reserves the right to return the defected merchandise back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form. We DO NOT allow exchange defected items for different items or models.

Return & Exchange
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from RjX of USA within 30 days of receipt. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping a merchandise back to us. Return or exchange must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA #s. . All returns must(NO EXCEPTIONS) be accompanied by an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at rhpro@myway.com Finally, customers must agree to the following upon shipping a merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number. 3) We do not responsible for lost packages.
4) We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise must be in Brand New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.
7) All returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee

Price & Terms:
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Processing Time:
You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days(Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 5:00PM CST), provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on holidays.
Backorders / Preorders
We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed. In some cases, we will process your order and authorize your credit card up to 10 days before the arrival of the product. This allows us to get the product to you faster.
Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise will be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders independently.
From time to time, RjX will offer special promotional items with preorder/backorder. Due to limited availability, these promotions can only be offered while supplies last.


Shipping Information:
All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing and order packaging is completed, usually within one to two business days. RjX standard shippings are FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Postal Service. Expected delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once order is processed, unless otherwise noted.


Tracking Number:
Provided the shipping method that you selected for shipping your order, we will send emails with a tracking # if the customer has provided a email address during the ordering process.


Shipping to a Third-Party Address:
First, if the alternate shipping address is on file with the bank that issued the credit card, then order processing will not be delay. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with the bank that issued the credit card, order processing may be delay due to additional verification to make sure that the credit card account is not lost or stolen. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.
For fraud prevention purposes, RjX reserves the right to verify orders through a variety of means which might include phone verification, requests for copies of front and back of credit card and drivers license. RjX reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order. Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.
